Our Power Converters

A bidirectional, EMI-compliant converter family spanning on-board charging, DC power supplies and traction inverters.

20–500 kW developed power range
900 V maximum operating voltage
100–300 kHz switching frequency
15 μs control sampling period
Integrated energy control

Compact power.
Two-way Energy flow.

AALT has developed on-board battery chargers, DC power supplies, DC–DC converters and traction inverters for the demanding power and control requirements of electric transportation.

Bidirectional energy flow supports system-wide energy efficiency. Common-mode and differential-mode filtering is designed for CISPR 25 Class 5 compliance, the most stringent vehicle component class for conducted and radiated electromagnetic noise.

Advanced redundant control hardware operates SiC and GaN power modules at 100–300 kHz. A 15 μs sampling period enables precise current, speed and position control, while reported power density reaches 150 kW/L.
